About Hospitality Human Resources Association
HHRA was founded in 1982.
Members include professionals from hospitality human resources, the Central Florida hotel industry, HR consultants, hospitality educators and attorneys specializing in labor law.
HHRA offers members monthly educational seminars and opportunities to network with other hospitality HR professionals.
OUR MISSION
The Hospitality Human Resources Association was formed to bring the hospitality industry and the human resources body of knowledge together and specifically address issues facing today’s busy hospitality human resource professional.
OUR MEMBERS
Membership is limited to those actively engaged in a bona fide human resources management function in an associated hospitality industry such as hotels, restaurants, spas, theme parks, etc. Determination of this status is at the sole discretion of the Hospitality Human Resources Association Board of Directors.
HHRA MEETINGs
HHRA monthly meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of each month. The program features a legal update by our resident attorney firm: Jackson Lewis. An expert speaker presents for an hour on a Human Resources related topic with a focus or impact on the hospitality industry. The association encourages participation by hospitality management to connect with relevant leadership related topics.

Thank you to all who attended the HHRA Holiday Lunch on Tuesday, December 13th. As with most organizations around the world, the past few years challenged us when creating moments to come together and celebrate. Last week, with the pandemic in the rear-view mirror, the annual HHRA Holiday Lunch gave us a chance to reconnect and catch up while enjoying delicious food, laughter, holiday cheer, and so much more. An additional thanks to our continued partnership with Angel Foundation and our amazing HHRA members who donated STEM gifts for foster children this holiday season.
